Drive pleads responsible to failings over loss of life of lady who lay undiscovered for 3 days after crash reported

Police Scotland has admitted its failings “materially contributed” to the loss of life of a girl who lay undiscovered in a crashed automotive together with her spouse for 3 days after the incident was once reported to police.

The power on Tuesday pleaded responsible to well being and protection failings, following the deaths of John Yuill, 28, and Lamara Bell, 25, who died after their automotive crashed off the M9 close to Stirling in July 2015.
