Lord Randal Plunkett strides during the hip-high grass of Dunsany, a 650-hectare (1,600-acre) property in the midst of Eire, trailed via an invisible swarm of midges and his 4 jack russell terriers: Tiny, Lumpy, Chow and Beavis & Butt-Head.
