Police officer rammed by unlicensed driver, hangs on to car hood for 200 metres

The dramatic second an unlicensed driving force sped down a street with a police officer sprawled around the hood of his automotive has been stuck on digital camera.

Safety digital camera pictures, filmed in Xining Town in Qinghai Province on November 2, displays the police officer mendacity at the bonnet of a white automotive because it speeds down a street.
