Biden wins Democratic primary in Hawaii

Former Vice President Joe Biden received Hawaii’s Democratic presidential number one Saturday, NBC Information projected.

The race pitted Biden towards Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, who ended his presidential marketing campaign closing month.

On account of the coronavirus pandemic the Democratic Birthday party of Hawaii canceled in-person vote casting and mailed ballots to all registered birthday celebration citizens within the state.

Biden, who’s poised to tackle President Donald Trump within the basic election, apologized Friday for pronouncing in a radio interview with African American persona Charlamagne tha God, “In case you have an issue working out whether or not you are for me or Trump, then you definitely ain’t black.”

He later referred to as the remarks “unlucky.”
